The Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa’s Finance and Accounting Department is headed by the Vice President of Finance and Accounting and consists of five functions: accounting, administrative services, development accounting and grant administration.

THA’s Finance and Accounting Department is responsible for the overall process of identifying, measuring, recording, interpreting and communicating the economic activity results of THA and its related entities. The department is also responsible for the oversight and management of payroll, accounts payable and legal/collections.
