THA would like to congratulate Dierdre Moore, daughter of our long-term employee Tim Moore, for receiving the 2018-2019 Southwest NAHRO Scholarship.
The scholarship, which is given in memory of Mr. Michael Hanratty and Ms. Cissy Wood, was established by the membership of Southwest NAHRO to provide the opportunity for students associated with public assisted housing to take advantage of post high school educational opportunities that otherwise may not be possible.
Moore competed against applicants from 6 different states and was chosen for her outstanding community service and exemplary grade point average. She plans to attend Oklahoma State University in Stillwater in the fall and will use her scholarship to help with tuition.
