CHEA REDDITT, PRESIDENT / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.  Ms. Redditt began her career at THA in 1984, working her way up through both the Assisted Housing and Public Housing Programs. In 1992, she was selected to create THA's Community Relations / Resident Services Program and served as Director of that department until 1997 when she was selected as Director of Communications. Then, in 1998, Ms. Redditt was promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources. In 2002, Ms. Redditt was selected to be the Deputy Executive Director for THA, a position she filled for six (6) years. As Deputy, Ms. Redditt was responsible for all aspects of housing operations for THA. Since assuming the role of Deputy, THA has maintained High Performer status in both its Public Housing and Section 8 Programs. In April 2008, Ms. Redditt was promoted to her current position of President / Chief Executive Officer. She is responsible for all aspects in planning, organizing and directing the activities of THA, and manages an annual budget in excess of $49 million. Ms. Redditt is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa Class XX, and has served as a Board Member for Domestic Violence Intervention Services (DVIS) and Youth Services of Tulsa. She has also served as the United Way Campaign Coordinator for THA, was a member of the United Way Fund Distribution Panel and has served as an Adjunct Instructor for Tulsa Community College. Ms. Redditt holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arkansas and a Public Housing Manager Certification.

LADEANNA ANDERSON, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT / CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER. Ms. Anderson was named Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer in April 2009.  Immediately prior to her promotion, Ms. Anderson served as the Vice President of Housing Operations, a position she held since 2006. Ms. Anderson previously held the positions of Leasing Agent, Counselor, Public Housing Property Manager, Manager of Project Based Housing, Accounting Services Manager, Assistant Director of Assisted Housing and Director of Assisted Housing. Under her leadership as Director of Assisted Housing, Ms. Anderson successfully attained THA's first-ever HUD High Performer SEMAP rating for Section 8. After her promotion to Vice President of Housing Operations, Ms. Anderson maintained a HUD High Performer rating for the Public Housing department as well. Her experience encompasses all Assisted Housing Rental Programs, including the Certificate, Voucher, Moderate Rehabilitation, HOME Funds and Self-Sufficiency Programs. A native Oklahoman, Ms. Anderson holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Science and Arts in Chickasha, Oklahoma, and has both her Accredited Residental Manager (ARM) Certification and Certified Occupany Specialist (COS) Certification. She is a former board member for the Tulsa Apartment Association and Girl Scouts of America. Ms. Anderson is a former Officer for the Oklahoma National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (OKNAHRO).

DON HAMMONS, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER.  Mr. Hammons received his Bachelor's Degree from Northeastern State University in 1993 and joined THA in 1995 as an Accountant I. By 2000, Mr. Hammons had moved up through the ranks of Accountant II and Accountant III, and was then named THA's Assistant Controller.  In 2003, Mr. Hammons was promoted to Controller. Under his leadership, THA has had six (6) consecutive years of audit reports with no findings. In 2007, Mr. Hammons was named Senior Vice President / Chief Financial Officer. This new role includes the added responsibility of overseeing THA's Real Estate Development Group, which has the task of creating affordable housing options through construction and/or acquisition of multi-family and single family structures, as well as development projects for other non-profit organizations.

SCOTT TOBEY, VICE PRESIDENT -  CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. Mr. Tobey joined the THA staff in June 2006 as a Property Management Assistant.  In December of that same year he was promoted to Property Manager and was again promoted to Senior Manager of Housing Operations in June 2007.  He has been the Vice President of Construction Services since April 2010.  Mr. Tobey served for 10 years in the Oklahoma Air National Guard rising to the rank of Staff Sergeant overseeing Construction, Communication Systems and Equipment for the Guard.  He also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration with concentrations in Budgeting, Financial Management and Public Management.

TERRI COLE, VICE PRESIDENT - ASSISTED HOUSING.  Ms. Cole has been Vice President of Assisted Housing since February 2006. Ms. Cole began her career at THA as a Leasing Agent, progressing through various positions, including Assistant Director of Assisted Housing immediately prior to her promotion to Vice President. Ms. Cole has maintained the HUD High Performer SEMAP rating for Section 8 during her tenure. She holds an Associate's Degree in Business and is a Certified Public Housing Manager. Ms. Cole is a current board member of the Tulsa Apartment Association.

 

MELODY GARNER, VICE PRESIDENT - HOUSING OPERATIONS.  Ms. Garner has been the Vice President of Housing Operations for THA since April 2009. Ms. Garner began her career at THA in 1995 as a Housing Specialist/Program Manager of Resident Selection. She was named Senior Manager of Housing Operations in 2006, a leadership role she held until being named Vice President. Ms. Garner holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Tulsa, and she is an active member of the Oklahoma National Association for Housing and Redevelopment Officials (OKNAHRO).

 

MELISSA DUMAS, VICE PRESIDENT - COMMUNITY RELATIONS.  Ms. Dumas has been Vice President of Community Relations (formerly Resident Services) since 2006. Ms. Dumas joined the THA team in 2002 as a Service Coordinator Floater. Six month later, she advanced to Service Coordinator I. She was promoted to AmeriCorps Program Coordinator, then Manager of Resident Services, the position she held immediately prior to her promotion to Vice President. Ms. Dumas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Langston University. She is active on the Workforce Investment Board.  Under Ms. Graham's leadership, the Community Relations department has won several awards, locally and nationally, for the planning and implementation of resident self-sufficiency programs.

STEVE KING, VICE PRESIDENT - MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS (MIS).  Mr. King began his career at the Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa in 1991 as a Computer Operator. Mr. King has been Vice President of MIS since 1993. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Oklahoma State University in Management Information Systems. Mr. King currently sits on the Board of the Organization for the Advancement of Technology in Housing Agencies (OATHA).

 

VICKIE WILLIAMS, VICE PRESIDENT - HUMAN RESOURCES.  Ms. Williams joined the THA staff as Vice President of Human Resources in 2002. She came to THA with over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She has been an active member of SHRM since 1993. Ms. Williams also is a current board member of the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA).
